COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

[QUICK AND EASY METHOD]

HEAT SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD 2 TEASPOONS OF OIL AND SAUTE SPIRALS WITH A PINCH OF SALT FOR 3-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL DESIRED LEVEL OF TENDERNESS.

TIPS AND TRICKS

1]  When sauteing, use olive oil instead of regular vegetable oil for some added omega 3’s.  

2]  Zucchini naturally has a high water content and so may release some water after being sauted. Let zucchini spirals sit in a colander for a few minutes before serving.       }  

3]  Trying to lose weight without feeling hungry? Zucchini spirals are low in calories and is a good source of fibre so it will fill you      up without the calories. Cut your portion of rice/pasta and add zucchini spirals for a filling meal without the extra carbs and                calories. 

4]  Zucchini spirals has a mild flavor and so pairs well with most proteins be it tofu, chicken, beef or fish.            )
